Do buyers pay a fee to work with Heaven?
In most cases, no. Our fee is paid from the sale proceeds by the seller. We’ll always confirm this in writing before you view.
How much deposit do I need?
Most lenders ask for 10–20% of the purchase price. With 20% or more you avoid private mortgage insurance. The mortgage calculator on each listing shows the monthly figure.
Can you help me buy from abroad?
Yes. We run live video tours, arrange remote notarisation and work with lenders experienced with international buyers.
What are off-market homes?
Homes whose owners prefer a discreet sale. Roughly a third of our sales never appear on public portals.
