What do I need to apply?
Photo ID, recent payslips or bank statements, references and a credit check. Most tenants earn around three times the monthly rent.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our homes are pet friendly; look for the “Pet friendly” tag or ask Halo. A small pet deposit is usually required.
Is there a holding deposit?
Yes, typically one week’s rent, which is deducted from your first month once the lease is signed.
Can I rent furnished?
Yes. Several homes, such as the White Pavilion, come fully furnished with flexible lease options.
